Equipment delivery can be carried out to the package delivery company warehouse or to the customer door.
Return and Warranty Policy
- Warranty: 12 months from the date of delivery, provided that operating instructions are followed.
- Repair or replacement: in case of a manufacturing defect, repair is free of charge. Replacement is provided only if repair is impossible.
- To request repair you must provide: a claim with defect description and photo/video proof, warranty documents, and purchase documents with shipping date.
- Warranty is void: if the device is self-repaired, damaged by impact/fire/force majeure, seals are broken, used improperly, or serial number is missing.
- Delivery: the Buyer covers delivery costs of the defective device. If a specialist visit is required, all travel expenses are also covered by the Buyer.
- Expenses: if no factory defect is found, the Buyer reimburses inspection costs.
- Limitations: warranty does not cover parts subject to normal wear and maintenance services.
- Extension: warranty period is extended for the duration of repair.
Packing
The devices are wrapped in a wrapping film in such a way that there is no access to dust and moisture and are placed in wooden boxes bearing the signs of transportation and storage rules and bearing a sign with the name of the product.
Gaps between the walls of the boxes and the components of the instruments are densely filled with shock-absorbing material.
