Purpose

The DTE–70/50D diode test unit is designed for:

  • testing the insulation of power high-voltage electrical cables using rectified voltage with an amplitude value up to 70 kV.
  • testing solid dielectrics with sinusoidal alternating voltage of industrial frequency up to 50 kV (RMS), e.g., high-voltage components of distribution equipment;
  • laboratory and research purposes.

The DTE-70/50D model is a modernized version featuring digital indicators. Digital meters offer high accuracy, easy-to-read measurements, and a modern user interface.
