1. The manufacturer warrants that the devices will remain in proper working condition and comply with the stated specifications for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase (shipment), provided that all operating rules and regulations are duly observed.

2. During the warranty period, the manufacturer shall, at its own expense, repair or replace any equipment returned, inspected, and determined by the manufacturer to be defective.

3. Warranty claims are only accepted for the consideration if the following documents are provided:

  • Claim letter with fault description and attached photos of fault.
  • Copy of the current warranty description, properly filled in, signed and stamped by Manufacturer staff;
  • documents of purchase with date of shipment;

Failure to provide any of the documents listed above may result in the warranty claim refusal or claim processing delays.

4. Warranty could be void if:

  • The device has been damaged due to the failure to comply with the rules of usage, technical maintenance, transportation or storage.
  • The device has been damaged by the natural disaster (flood, fire etc.).
  • Factory seals (if any present) have been broken.
  • The device has been altered or modified without the written permission from the manufacturer.
  • The device has been used for the purposes other than it has been designed for.
  • One or more of the sections of the current warranty policy is not properly filled in.
  • The device serial number has been altered, erased or unreadable.
  • The device has been brought into service by the organisation or a person that does not hold a valid license to do so, even if the legislation or other official documentation or law requires such bodies to bring the device into service.

5. Delivery of the faulty device at Manufacturers repairing service is carried out by the expense of the Buyer. Any repairs or inspections outside the manufacturer’s premises outside Ukraine
should be covered by the Buyer and include:

  • Tickets for any transport air/bus/train
  • 10 kg of luggage extra to the transport ticket allowance;
  • Hotel;
  • travel expenses (meals)
  • Return transport costs to the user site from the hotel.

Any of such expenditures should be covered by the user prior to the repair team departure.

6. Warranty does not cover the technical maintenance described in the device’s user manual.

7. Warranty does not cover normal tear and wear parts.

8. The device should be returned to the manufacturer under warranty claims in its original packing including all the original packing contents, including documentation and metrological certificate (if any are available), and should be properly cleaned.

9. Если подается гарантийная заявка и неисправность не обнаружена, пользователь несет ответственность за покрытие расходов на проверку в соответствии с действующим прейскурантом.

10. Warranty does not imply taking responsibility for any direct or indirect damage, loss of profit or any other prejudice.
Any warranty inspections are only valid if carried out in the presence of an official Manufacturer representative.

11. Warranty period is prolonged for the period of analysis or repair.
